User Agreement

This document constitutes the terms of use of the So Happy Stretching Application, which governs the relationship between the Application Administrator and the User who commences use of the Application.

1. General Provisions

The rights holder of the mobile application So Happy Stretching is the Application Administrator, Sofya Bystrova.

The Administrator grants the User access to the Application and its functionality under the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Use of the Application constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

2. Subject Matter

The subject matter of this Agreement is the provision to the User of the Application for use, as well as access to and the right to use the Products contained in the Application on a paid/gratuitous basis.

The Application provides Users with the opportunity to:

  • Conduct a body flexibility assessment using the Application's special AI technologies
  • Select a suitable level of exercise sessions for independent study
  • Use the electronic content of the Product on a paid basis
  • Track progress and achieve flexibility goals

3. Intellectual Property

The Application is a result of intellectual activity and an object of the Administrator's intellectual property rights. The Application's algorithms and source codes are the Administrator's trade secrets.

Users are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using the Application in any way, except where such actions are expressly permitted by this Agreement.

4. User Rights and Obligations

The User has the right to:

  • Gain access to use the Application and the Products available therein
  • Use all services and functions available in the Application
  • Ask questions relating to the functioning of the Application

The User undertakes to:

  • Respect the proprietary rights of authors and other rights holders
  • Not take actions that may disrupt the normal operation of the Application
  • Not distribute any confidential information

5. Subscription and Payment

Some functions of the Application are provided on a paid basis. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment will be charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.

6. Liability

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The Administrator does not guarantee the absence of errors in the Application's operation and is not responsible for any losses that may arise in connection with the use of the Application.
